Terms of Service
By using Demon Bot you agree to these terms. They're pretty reasonable — give them a read.
By inviting Demon Bot to your Discord server, using any slash command, interacting with the web portal, or purchasing a license, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, remove the bot from your server and discontinue use immediately. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Demon Bot is a Discord bot offering server enhancement features including:
- Quote card and image generation (canvas-based, 3000×1200)
- Auto-reaction rules (keyword, channel, and user-based)
- Emoji vault management (save, load, merge, import)
- Game cover art and demon sticker commands
- Remote server management via web portal
- Admin posting and server utility commands
Full access requires an active paid license activated via /activate.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Demon Bot, in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service. Users in regions where the age of digital consent is higher must meet that threshold.
By using Demon Bot you represent that you have legal authority to agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your Discord server.
Features are unlocked via a license key tied to your Discord server or user account, issued after a successful Stripe subscription payment.
- License keys are non-transferable — personal or server use only
- Sharing, selling, or distributing your key to others is strictly prohibited
- Each key may be activated on one server or user account at a time
- Subscriptions renew automatically monthly unless cancelled
- You retain access through the end of your paid billing period upon cancellation
💳 Payments are processed by Stripe. Manage your subscription at any time via the customer billing portal.
You agree not to use Demon Bot in any way that:
- Violates Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
- Harasses, threatens, or abuses other users or server members
- Distributes spam, malware, or harmful content
- Attempts to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the bot or its infrastructure
- Uses bot features to generate or distribute illegal content
- Circumvents license restrictions or attempts unauthorized access to paid features
⚡ Violation of these terms may result in immediate license revocation and permanent removal without refund.
All subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
- All sales are final — refunds are at the sole discretion of the operator
- Failed renewal payments result in a grace period; persistent failure deactivates your license
- Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate service termination
- Promotional pricing applies to the first billing cycle only unless stated otherwise
To request a refund, contact inbound@demonbot.win within 7 days of the charge.
All source code, branding, demon character artwork, UI assets, and proprietary systems are the exclusive intellectual property of AKilluminati47, protected under United States copyright law. First published April 2026.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of Demon Bot's code or assets
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works without express written permission
- The Demon Bot name, logo, and demon character designs are proprietary marks of AKilluminati47
The following systems are original technical works protected as part of this software:
- Discord Thread Persistent Storage Architecture — A landmark-based system using pinned Discord messages and private threads as a structured persistent store, enabling full bot state survival across redeploys without an external database.
- Web Remote Portal with PIN-Gated Authentication — A stateless web dashboard granting Discord server administrators full remote control via a time-limited PIN delivered through Discord, without requiring the Discord client.
- Emoji Compatibility Pipeline & Vault System — A compatibility-aware emoji import, compression, and export system with multi-slot vault storage backed by Discord threads, including .zip ingestion and duplicate-merge logic.
- Stackable Reaction Rule Engine — A per-guild auto-reaction system supporting multi-condition rules scoped by keyword, channel, and user trigger, with additive stacking and full thread-backed persistence.
Using Demon Bot as a subscriber grants a limited, non-transferable license to use the service as described herein. It does not grant any ownership rights to the underlying software or its systems.
Content you generate using Demon Bot (quote cards, image outputs) remains your own.
Demon Bot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AKilluminati47 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of Demon Bot. Interruptions caused by Discord or third-party infrastructure are outside our control.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to the service or other users.
You may terminate use at any time by cancelling your subscription via the billing portal and removing the bot from your server.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. For significant changes we will make a reasonable effort to notify active users.
Continued use of Demon Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
